Self Isolation – Psychology Wellbeing Pack

Our very own Catherine Lewak – Clinical Therapist is available to support if you have any anxiety, worries or fears and generally how you are feeling around the whole situation. If you fill out the Contact Us form and Catherine will be in touch with you to support you in any way she can.

The Haven (Scunthorpe Mind) is providing support 6pm – midnight every day for anyone over the age of 16 experiencing mental distress. Call 01724 279500 and leave a message if no answer and they will call you back. Twitter
